I believe all people deserve to live healthy, satisfying lives and my intention is to help clients open to increased insight, clarity, balance, and meaning. I am passionate about the intersection between psychotherapy, neuroscience research, and contemplative mindfulness-based practices. My goal is to provide a comfortable environment for supporting clients to increase conscious awareness and work to step out of self-limiting stories, negative thought processes, and destructive relational patterns. This process allows clients to access their innate goodness by cultivating natural inner states of spaciousness, non-judgement, and acceptance.
Combining the benefits of traditional psychotherapy and Eastern psychology, I draw on my varied experience to meet the individual needs of each client. I frequently work with depression, anxiety, anger, grief/loss, stress, life transitions, issues of identity, and general discontent or lack of balance. I also provide couples therapy focused on improving relational ease, connectivity, and communication.
